For people who train and forget the powder: the bar goes in your bag, the creatine goes with you. No shaker, no water, no rituals.
Dates, almonds, oats and 3 g of creatine (3.5 g of creatine monohydrate) in every 50 g bar. Read the label and you recognise everything.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Each bar also has 8 g of protein and is high in fibre. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
Before training, after, or on a rest day: creatine has no set time, it has consecutive days. Eat a bar whenever suits you and repeat tomorrow.

What is the CORIAL Creatine Bar?

What's the difference between Fudge Brownie, Creamy Coconut and Pumpkin Spice?
Fudge Brownie: dark chocolate and cocoa, the most intense.
Creamy Coconut: white chocolate and coconut, the creamiest.
Pumpkin Spice: pumpkin, cinnamon and walnuts, autumn only.
Creatine, protein and fibre: the same in all three (3 g, 8 g and 5 g per bar).
Do they contain sugar?
Yes. The bars contain dates, which are naturally sweet, and Fudge Brownie and Creamy Coconut contain chocolate, which has sugar. That's 15 g of sugars per bar in Fudge Brownie and Creamy Coconut and 12 g in Pumpkin Spice, which has no chocolate. There are no sweeteners.
How much creatine per bar?
3 g per 50 g bar (3.5 g of creatine monohydrate). It's the daily dose at which creatine works, so one bar is enough and there's no loading phase.*

Allergens, gluten, vegetarian?
All of them contain almonds, and Pumpkin Spice also contains walnuts, so the bars contain nuts. Creamy Coconut also contains milk, in the white chocolate.
The formula is gluten-free and they are all vegetarian: Fudge Brownie and Pumpkin Spice are made only with plant-based ingredients.
