These Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of the food product subscription service offered by CORIAL through the website corialfoods.com, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 (distance contracts), the Consumer Protection Law (Law no. 24/96), Law no. 144/2015, of September 8 (alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR).
2. Service Purpose
CORIAL's subscription service allows the customer to receive selected functional food products on a recurring and automatic basis, subject to periodic payment. The service is available in the following modalities:
1. Individual product subscription — the customer selects a specific product (available for eligible products with a retail price equal to or greater than €8.90) and receives it at the chosen frequency.
2. Bundle subscription (pack) — the customer subscribes to a curated pack containing several products, with the possibility of selecting flavors where applicable.
Each subscription includes a 10% discount on the retail price in force at the time of each renewal.
3. How the Subscription Works
3.1. Activation
The subscription is activated when the customer completes the checkout process on the corialfoods.com website, selecting the "Subscribe and Save" option on the product or bundle page. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Shipping Frequency
The customer can choose between the following shipping frequencies, depending on the product:
a) Every 4 weeks (monthly)
b) Every 6 weeks
c) Every 8 weeks (bi-monthly)
The frequency can be changed by the customer at any time in their customer area, provided that the change is made before the processing date of the next shipment.
3.3. Billing and Payment
Billing is automatically carried out using the payment method registered by the customer at the time of subscription. The customer will be notified by email 3 (three) working days in advance of each charge, indicating the amount to be debited, the products included, and the estimated shipping date.
The prices charged are those in force on the website at the time of each renewal, with the automatic application of the 10% subscription discount. In case of a price change, the customer will be informed at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance and may choose to cancel the subscription before the next billing (see section 8).
3.4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are free under the following conditions:
d) For subscription orders with a value equal to or greater than €30.00 (thirty euros).
e) For bundles (packs) that include free shipping, regardless of the order value. Bundles with included shipping are: Morning Routine, CORIAL Starter Kit, and Performance Pack. Other future bundles with this condition will be identified on their respective product page.
For individual product subscriptions with a value less than €30.00 and which do not include bundles with free shipping, standard shipping costs apply as indicated on the website.
4. Customer Subscription Management
The customer can, at any time and without needing justification, perform the following actions through their customer area on the corialfoods.com website:
f) Change the shipping frequency.
g) Change the flavor or variant of the subscribed products.
h) Skip a specific shipment, keeping the subscription active.
i) Temporarily pause the subscription, without losing associated conditions.
j) Permanently cancel the subscription.
All changes must be made before the processing date of the next shipment. After a shipment has been processed and billed, changes only apply to the subsequent shipment.
5. Cancellation
5.1. No Minimum Commitment Period
The CORIAL subscription has no minimum commitment period, loyalty scheme, or cancellation penalty. The customer can cancel at any time, without additional costs.
5.2. Effects of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal cycle. If the current shipment has already been billed and processed at the time of cancellation, that shipment will be made normally, and the customer will not be billed again.
After cancellation, the customer ceases to benefit from the subscription discount and exclusive benefits (free shipping on bundles and over €30, early access to new products, quarterly surprise) from the effective date of cancellation.
5.3. How to Cancel
Cancellation can be done in two ways:
k) Through the customer area on the corialfoods.com website (self-service).
l) By sending an email to info@corialfoods.com with the subject "Subscription Cancellation" and indicating the email associated with the account.
Cancellation will be confirmed by email within a maximum of 2 (two) working days.
6. Right of Free Resolution (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer customer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the products, without the need to state a reason and without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of returning the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer can:
m) Use the Model Withdrawal Form available in Annex A of these Terms and Conditions, or accessible on the page corialfoods.com/pages/formulario-retractacao.
n) Send an unequivocal declaration of their decision to withdraw by email to info@corialfoods.com.
Exception: In accordance with article 17, paragraph d), of the aforementioned decree-law, the right of free resolution does not apply to goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose guarantee seal has been removed after delivery. In the case of food products, the right of free resolution only applies to closed and sealed packaging that has not been opened by the consumer.
In the event of exercising the right of free resolution, CORIAL will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery), within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of resolution. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
