Turn your CORIAL products into delicious drinks ready in less than 5 minutes — one recipe for each drink in the functional line.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. Over time, natural production progressively decreases. CORIAL products were developed to make your collagen routine not only effective, but genuinely tasty. And there’s an even more creative way to incorporate them into your daily life: smoothies. Quick, versatile, ready in less than 5 minutes.
The claims approved by EFSA for hydrolyzed collagen refer to protein: "high in protein" and "protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass". Claims about skin, hair, nails, or joints are not approved by EFSA for generic collagen. The scientific references included are informative editorial context — individual results vary and this content does not replace medical advice.
A 2023 meta-analysis (Pu et al., Nutrients, n=1,721) found improvements in skin parameters associated with hydrolyzed collagen supplementation.[2] A meta-analysis of 35 trials (Liang et al., 2024, n=3,165) found moderate effects on joint pain in the context of osteoarthritis.[3] Research is promising and growing — results vary with dose, duration, and individual profile.
Three smoothies, three moments of the day
- 1 serving of CORIAL Collagen Coffee Original
- 200ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pitted date (sweeten to taste)
- 4–5 ice cubes
Preparation: Dissolve the Collagen Coffee Original in 50ml of warm milk. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend for 45 seconds until velvety smooth. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- 1 serving of CORIAL Collagen Coffee Cocoa
- 180ml unsweetened almond milk
- 80g frozen raspberries
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave
- Pinch of sea salt flakes
Preparation: Dissolve the Collagen Coffee Cocoa in almond milk (can be cold, shaking well). Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Avocado gives it an incredibly silky texture. Serve in a tall glass with fresh raspberries.
- 1 serving of CORIAL Barley with Collagen
- 200ml coconut water
- 1 green apple with skin (cut)
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- ½ peeled cucumber
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh ginger to taste
Preparation: Dissolve the Barley with Collagen in coconut water and pour into the blender. Add all the vegetables, apple, and ginger. Blend for 1 minute until a homogeneous consistency. Adjust acidity with more lemon if necessary. Ideal within 30 minutes after training.
What you gain with each glass
72–82g of protein per 100g in each CORIAL drink — each serving provides 7.2–8.5g of collagen protein that contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass (EFSA approved claim).
Barley and coffee provide progressive energy without sugar spikes — ideal bases for smoothies at any time of day.
Cocoa, raspberries, and green vegetables add antioxidant compounds to recipes — combined with collagen protein for a complete drink.
High-level nutrition that fits any lifestyle. Three base ingredients, a blender, less than five minutes.
The secret to a good smoothie is not just in the ingredients — it's in choosing a collagen base that, by itself, is already a pleasure to drink.
