Collagen Smoothies: quick and nutritious ideas
Transform your Corial products into delicious drinks that nourish your skin, strengthen your joints, and provide energy for the day.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body—accounting for about 35% of total body proteins—and is essential for skin elasticity, joint health, and bone strength.[1] Over time, natural production progressively decreases, and this is where intelligent supplementation comes into play.
Accumulated scientific evidence in recent years has shown that oral hydrolyzed collagen significantly improves parameters such as skin hydration and elasticity,[2] as well as joint function and pain reduction in contexts of osteoarthritis.[3]
Corial products were developed to make this routine not only effective but genuinely delicious. And there’s an even more creative way to incorporate them into your daily life: smoothies. Quick, versatile, and infinitely customizable.
We’ve gathered three exclusive recipes—one for each star product in our line—that you can prepare in under five minutes. High-level nutrition, without complications.
The secret to a good smoothie isn't just in the ingredients—it's in choosing a collagen base that, by itself, is a pleasure to drink.

- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave
- Pinch of fleur de sel

Preparation: Dissolve the Barley with Collagen in coconut water and pour into the blender. Add all the vegetables, apple, and ginger. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Taste and adjust acidity with more lemon if needed. Ideal to consume within 30 minutes after your workout.
💡 Corial Tip: Barley has a mild, earthy flavor that complements green ingredients without overpowering them. Try adding fresh mint for an extra refreshing note.
What you gain with each glass
✨ Brighter skin: A meta-analysis of 26 randomized clinical trials (n=1721) confirmed that hydrolyzed collagen significantly improves skin hydration and elasticity vs. placebo.[2]
💪 Stronger joints: A meta-analysis of 35 clinical trials (n=3165) showed that collagen derivatives produce moderate to significant effects in reducing joint pain and improving function.[3]
⚡ Sustained energy: Barley and coffee provide progressive energy, without blood sugar spikes, making these smoothies ideal for any time of day.
🌱 Rich in antioxidants: Cocoa, raspberries, and green vegetables combat cellular oxidative stress—which is directly associated with accelerated degradation of skin collagen.[4]
⏱ 5-minute routine: Premium nutrition that fits into any lifestyle—without complications.
🎯 Easy to customize: Adapt each recipe to your goals, preferences, and what you have in the fridge.
What science says about collagen
Claims about the benefits of hydrolyzed collagen are supported by a growing number of randomized clinical trials and systematic reviews published in indexed scientific journals. Here we summarize the main relevant findings for Corial products.
Skin elasticity and hydration:[2] A 2023 meta-analysis integrating 26 randomized clinical trials (n=1721) concluded that supplementation with hydrolyzed collagen significantly improved skin hydration (p<0.00001) and elasticity (p<0.00001) compared to placebo. Pu et al., Nutrients, 2023.
Wrinkle reduction:[5] A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (n=70, 8 weeks) found significant improvements in wrinkle depth, elasticity, hydration, and dermal density in adults who ingested low-molecular-weight collagen peptides. Lee et al., PubMed, 2025.
Joint health and osteoarthritis:[3] A meta-analysis of 35 randomized clinical trials (n=3165, Cochrane up to June 2023) demonstrated that collagen derivatives produce moderate and statistically robust effects in reducing pain (SMD −0.35) and improving joint function (SMD −0.31) in patients with osteoarthritis. Liang et al., Osteoarthritis & Cartilage, 2024.
Joint pain in athletes:[6] A prospective randomized, double-blind study from Penn State University (n=147, 24 weeks) showed that collagen hydrolysate significantly reduced activity-related joint pain in athletes without diagnosed joint disease. Shaw et al., Current Medical Research and Opinion, 2008.
