The same old pancakes, but with enough protein to last until lunch. The apple and cinnamon do all the work in terms of flavor — you just have to flip them in the pan at the right time.

Ingredients (1 serving — 3 pancakes)
- 30g CORIAL Apple and Cinnamon Pancake Mix
- 50ml milk (or plant-based drink)
- 100g plain Greek yogurt
- 20g CORIAL Apple and Cinnamon Gut Granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Extra cinnamon to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the CORIAL mix with milk until you get a homogeneous batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, without oil.
- Pour small portions of batter (3–4 tablespoons each) and cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 30g CORIAL Chocolate Instant Oats
- 1 serving (10g) CORIAL Cocoa Collagen Coffee
- 120ml milk (or plant-based drink)
- 100g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Preparation
- In a jar or bowl, mix the CORIAL oats with the CORIAL cocoa collagen coffee and milk. Stir well.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix again.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (minimum 4 hours, ideally 8 hours).
- In the morning, remove from the fridge, place the sliced banana on top, and finish with the tablespoon of peanut butter.

Preparation
