Each 10 g cup combines hydrolysed collagen (8.5 g in Collagen with Coffee, 7.5 g in Coffee and Cocoa) and 15 mg of vitamin C, 19% of your daily needs.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each serving also has 7.5 to 8 g of protein: protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.

How do I make it?
Add 10 g to 100 ml of water, milk or a plant-based drink at 60–70 °C, not boiling, stir and drink. You can also make it with cold water and ice. For a latte, use frothed milk.
Does it have caffeine? Can I drink it every day?
Each serving has 68 mg of caffeine, the equivalent of one espresso. One serving a day, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. If you prefer caffeine-free, Collagen with Barley is the alternative.
