This website is run by SFP - Sustainable Food Products. Wherever “we”, “us” or “our” appear on the site, they mean SFP - Sustainable Food Products. SFP - Sustainable Food Products makes this website, with all the information, tools and services on it, available to you, the user, on condition that you accept every term, condition, policy and notice set out here.
When you visit our website and/or buy something from us, you are taking part in our “Service” and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), together with the additional terms, conditions and policies mentioned here and/or reachable by hyperlink. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which supplies the online e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services to you.

Whatever our Refund Policy says, the products we sell are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity set out in Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021 of 18 October, on the terms and within the time limits it lays down, and this document cannot exclude or reduce that guarantee. Because these products are foodstuffs, whether a product conforms is judged against the best-before or use-by date shown on the packaging and the storage conditions printed on it.
We have done our best to show the colours and images of our products in the store as faithfully as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colours your computer screen displays will be accurate.
We have the right, but not the duty, to restrict sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and we may use that right case by case. We may limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We may stop selling any product at any time. Any offer of a product or service on this website is void where the law prohibits it.
We do not guarantee that any products, services, information or other material you buy or obtain will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be fixed.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may restrict or cancel the quantities bought per person, per household or per order. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account or with the same credit card, and/or to orders using the same billing and/or delivery address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to tell you by contacting the email address and/or billing address or phone number you gave when you placed the order. We may restrict or refuse orders that, in our sole judgement, seem to come from dealers, resellers or distributors.
For every purchase in our store, you agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to keep your account and other details up to date without delay, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and get in touch with you when necessary.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SFP - Sustainable Food Products and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees against any claim or demand, including lawyers' fees, made by any third party because of, or arising from, your breach of these Terms of Service or of the documents they incorporate by reference, or your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent the applicable law allows, and the unenforceable part will be treated as severed from these Terms of Service; this will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

Obligations and liabilities that the parties incurred before the termination date will survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service remain in force unless and until you or we terminate them.
