Subscription Cancellation Policy
The CORIAL subscription has no minimum term, no lock-in period and no cancellation penalty. You can cancel at any time, at no additional cost.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways: • Through your customer account at corialfoods.com (self-service, available 24/7). • By sending an email to hello@corialfoods.com with the subject "Subscription Cancellation" and the email address linked to your account. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email within 2 working days at the latest.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal cycle: • If the current order has already been charged and processed, it will be delivered as normal — you will not be charged again. • Once you have cancelled, you will no longer receive the subscription discount (10%) or the exclusive benefits (free shipping, early access, quarterly surprises). • You can reactivate your subscription at any time in your customer account.
Can I pause or skip a delivery instead of cancelling?
Yes! In your customer account you can: • Skip a specific delivery — your subscription stays active. • Pause your subscription temporarily — keeping all your benefits when you resume. • Change your delivery frequency (monthly, every 6 weeks, every two months). • Swap flavours or variants at any time. All changes must be made before the processing date of your next delivery. You will always be notified by email 3 days before each charge.
Right of withdrawal
Under Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason (this applies only to unopened, sealed packaging). For subscriptions with periodic deliveries, this 14-day period runs from receipt of the first order, not from each subsequent renewal, in accordance with Article 10(1)(a)(iii) of Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014.
