Creatine in numbers
What science says about the ingredient — and what you'll find in this product.
With carefully selected ingredients like dates, almond and oats, each bar delivers 3g of creatine monohydrate.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Each bar is also a source of protein. High fibre. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
Practical, portable and ready to eat, perfect as your daily creatine dose, a pre or post-workout snack, or anytime — because creatine works through saturation, not timing.
Pumpkin, cinnamon and walnuts, with the same 3g of creatine.

3g of creatine monohydrate per 50g bar. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
The creatine monohydrate is the same. But the bar wins where it matters: no weighing doses, no mixing water, no washing a shaker — you open it and eat. It's the most practical way to keep up the daily consistency creatine requires, and that consistency is what makes the difference in results.
One bar per day is enough to reach the daily recommended creatine dose (3g). Creatine works through muscle saturation — daily consistency matters more than timing.
That’s when your muscles reach their maximum capacity for storing creatine—always keeping an energy reserve ready for moments of intense effort. You don’t get there with a single dose, but through daily, consistent consumption over time. With that in mind, we created the Creatine Bars: a daily habit.
Yes, anytime. Creatine doesn't depend on specific timing like post-workout protein — what matters is consistent daily intake.
It is a claim about a food product that has undergone rigorous scientific evaluation by the European Food Safety Authority. This means there is actual evidence to back up what we say—not just marketing.
