The 20-minute plan
0–2 min · Start — Prepare jars and base ingredients
Line up 4–5 glass jars on the counter. Take all CORIAL products out of the pantry. Turn on the frying pan over medium heat for the pancakes. Heat water for the collagen coffee.
2–7 min · Parallel — Overnight oats in jars + pancakes in the pan
While the pancakes cook, distribute the protein oats into the jars with plant-based drink and yogurt. Flip the pancakes when golden. Two processes simultaneously — this is where you save time.

Tips to avoid failure
