What are CORIAL Protein Crackers?

They are crunchy crackers with high protein content (21g/100g), made with natural ingredients: wheat flour, pea protein, olive oil, and insect protein (mealworm). Available in 2 flavors: Tomato and Basil (8 ingredients) and Rosemary (9 ingredients).

Where does the protein come from?

From two sources: pea protein isolate and dehydrated Tenebrio molitor larva (mealworm, 5%). Mealworm is a complete, sustainable protein source approved by EFSA for human consumption in the EU.

Do they contain insects?

Yes. 5% dehydrated mealworm—one of the most sustainable protein sources on the planet.

What's the difference between the two flavors?

Tomato and Basil: real tomato (2%) and real basil (2%), 8 ingredients, Mediterranean profile. Rosemary: real rosemary (1%) with paprika and black pepper, 9 ingredients, herbal and slightly spicy profile. Both have 21g of protein per 100g.

Do they use olive oil?

Yes. Olive oil—not refined vegetable oils like sunflower or palm.

Do they contain gluten?

Yes. They contain wheat flour. May contain traces of sesame, eggs, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts.

Do they have added sugar?

No. The sugars present (~5g/100g) are naturally derived from the ingredients.

How are they eaten?
